Notice about payment via Epay

If you made a deposit via Epay, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

  1. Select Add Funds → Electronic payments → Epay in My FXOpen, and then click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form and click Notice.

    The Epay account is your email registered with Epay used to log in to your Epay account.

    The detailed information on your transactions (including Transaction ID and Transaction date) can be found on the Transaction Record tab of your Epay account.

How to check the transaction status

Click your eWallet number on the left of My FXOpen.

The transaction status is shown on the Account OperationsHistory tab.
