FXOpen has been successfully certified by the Financial Commission (an independent organization for dispute resolution in Forex). The order execution certification was carried out by VerifyMyTrade (VMT), an independent audit company.
On 20 September 2018, VMT audited a sample of 5,000 order executions from FXOpen and based on the audit, the Commission has issued an execution quality certification to FXOpen. FXOpen will continue to submit order execution data to VMT to ensure our order execution continues to meet the standards set out for all members of the Financial Commission.
We improved the settings of two-step verification in My FXOpen personal area.
Two-step verification increases the security of your account and protects it from unauthorized access by third parties.
Security codes are used as an additional verification step when you log in to My FXOpen, confirm withdrawals, or perform other operations. Now you can choose how to get security codes: via SMS, in the Google Authenticator app, via email or using backup codes.
You can enable one or more security identities for two-factor authentication and withdrawal confirmation. Learn more about security identities.
Verification settings are available in Settings → Account Security in My FXOpen.
We updated the account verification procedure. Now there are 4 grades of account verification. The verification procedure is different for each grade.
