Verification of eWallet is required for deposits through any payment system. Deposits are available for eWallets with Grade 2 verification or higher. Learn more about verification grades.
If you want to use a credit/debit card for deposits and withdrawals, please provide legible color copies of both sides of the card. The numbers on your card should be hidden by a piece of paper as follows: 0000 00XX XXXX 0000. Similarly, hide the CVV/CVC code. Your name and signature should be clearly visible.

To verify your phone:
If you don't have a mobile phone or you haven't received an SMS with a confirmation code, you can verify your phone via operator call.
Before you start the verification process, prepare all the required documents.

Step 1: Accept the terms and conditions
In My FXOpen, go to eWallet Verification > Grade 2.
Read and accept the terms and conditions and consent to the processing of your personal data.
Click Next Step.
Step 2: Proof of identity
Select your country.
Select the ID type and upload a photo of your document.
Click Next Step.
Step 3: Selfie with the proof
Take a selfie with the exact same document you uploaded as proof of identity in step 2.
Hold the document next to your face and get it close to the camera. The document should be clearly visible and should not cover your face. If the information on the document is blurred, the system cannot compare your face with the photo on the document and identify personal information in the submitted document.
If you don't have a camera on your computer, you can continue verification using your mobile phone. To do this, click Need to use your mobile phone to take photos.
Scan the QR code, then take a photo or upload it from the gallery.
Step 4: Tax residency
Upload a proof of your residential address.
If your ID document has your residential address, you can upload the same document used as proof of identity in step 2.
Click Next Step.
Step 5: Check your documents
Please make sure that all your documents meet our requirements. If you want to upload a different photo of the document, click Edit.
Once you have uploaded all the required documents and made sure they meet our requirements, click Next Step.
Step 6: Wait for the approval
Your eWallet status will change automatically1 as soon as the review of your application is completed.
If any of your documents was rejected, please upload a new photo of the document.
You will also receive an email notification. Click the link in the email to go to the verification page in My FXOpen. Here you can see why your document was rejected. Please upload a new photo of the document.
