Notice about Payment via FasaPay

If you made a deposit via FasaPay, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

  1. Select Add Funds → FasaPay in My FXOpen, and then click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form and click Notice.

    To get the Batch Code, log in to your FasaPay account and find the transaction in the transaction history. 

How to check the transaction status

Click your eWallet number on the left of My FXOpen.

The transaction status is shown on the History tab.
